The workshop, held from March 23-25, included participants from Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Poland, as well as URI Europe team members from Germany and the United Kingdom. Two Turkish participants unfortunately could not join the group due to visa delays.
The group gathered in an hospitable and warm atmosphere at the Buddhist Centre in Brno. Organizers had structured the workshop to support participants in learning about interfaith work and URI, and to give them time to reflect on their own activities and plan follow-up events.
The 25 activists included baby Victor, who remained as present, attentive and cheerful as could be throughout the proceedings -- a role model for his fellow participants.
