The All Nations Prayer Vigil will take place at noon EDT on Friday, May 17 at the Isaiah Wall in Ralph Bunche Park, located across the street from United Nations Plaza at the corner of First Avenue and 42nd Street in New York City.
Participants at the vigil will pray for the protection and healing of Mother Earth, and for the missions of the United Nations’ Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues to be accomplished. People throughout the world are invited to take part in the vigil by praying at noon their time on Friday, May 17.
The event will be sponsored by the Committee of Religious NGOs at the United Nations.
