FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. Come and join our young people on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 3 p.m., as they celebrate peace in a play written by Sister Mama Sonya. Education for Peace: Catch the Spirit highlights peace with song, dance, poetry and prose. The play highlights and educates the masses on the "issues of peace" that affect our children around the globe--past and present. Soweto ~ Malala Yousafzai ~ 4 Little Girls in Alabama ~ Chicago ~ Indigenous Children ~ Brazilian Favelas ~ Human Trafficking ~ Trayvon Martin ~ Sadaku ~ children in the welfare system and other issues that disrupts health and well being.
