The 35th Annual Pan African Cultural Festival will be held May 24, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at MacGregor Park, 5225 Calhoun, Houston, Texas. On this special day, a day of self-determination, the Houston community commemorates and honors the sacrifice and service of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
