This one-day seminar examined the nexus between religion and climate change. Among the dignitaries who attended and presented papers were: Dr. Dije B. I of ATBU Bauchi, Sheik Yusuf of Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, Mr. Garba Boyi of Wings Over the Wetland of UNEP - GEF, and Rev. Father Shaibu Byal CAN Chairman Northeast, Nigeria. We also had the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Director HIV/AIDS BACATMA, as well as the Hon. Elisha Buba Yero, URI Global Council Trustee, and more attendees.
The seminar was held by FACIS (Forward in Action for Conservation of Indigenous Species & Leadership) Cooperation Circle.
