The cluster meeting held at Patiala on 2nd August 2015 gave me and the new Regional Co-ordinator an opportunity to exchange our ideas and work with Mr Ashwini Kumar, Mr Satish Kumar, Mrs Renu Singla and many other supporting staff members. Their dedicated work for people (children and male adults) with disabilities especially at the deaf and blind school is highly appreciable.
The meeting also included discussions on the national assembly and ways the work of URI could be extended and outreached to more people in the north zone. Their warm and hospitable welcome truly demonstrated the ethos of URI: peace and happiness in unity and diversity.
