Dear URI Members
In September, the United Nations brought the 193 Member States together to agree on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that will guide the work of all the countries through 2030. The Pope's address to the United Nations was a strong message for the governments and the faith and spiritual communities everywhere that there is a great need to work together across boundaries and traditions to achieve these import goals.
Many CCs are already addressing these issues in programs and actions.
I am sharing the goals, logos and two websites that can help you connect your work with that of your government. This is an opportunity for bring Interfaith cooperation and spirit into these important issues at the local levels.
