I would like to share with you the celebration of the International Day of the Mother Tongue / Mother Language that was held on the 6th of March at the University of Djibouti. The URI-Horn of Africa office plays a major role in the organization of this program because we help our Cooperation Circle members (AVDD). The University of Djibouti gives them a space to do their animations for the occasion of the International Day of the Mother Tongue. And for the same occasion, the public was treated as students of the University. In the future, URI-Horn of Africa would like to build a partnership to organize workshops like “Youth and Peace” and, at the same time, use the university’s academic platform.
