In April of 2016, URI chairperson Kiran Bali MBE JP and global faith leaders from around the world signed on to the Interfaith Climate Change Statement 2016 and handed it over to H.E. Mogens Lykketoft, President of the UN General Assembly. While this was an incredible celebration and success, there is much work to still do.

We are all experiencing the early stages of climate change in some form or other. Confronting this crisis is the great moral imperative of our time. It requires urgent, transformative action to slow (and hopefully reverse) the acceleration of global warming that is now underway.
We don’t have to sit around and watch this happen. Together, we can call for transformative action. Please sign the COP 22 Interfaith Climate Statement.
COP 22 Interfaith Statement is being handed over on November 10 at the COP22 in Morocco. We look forward to your support.
