As the world’s attention is focused anew on respecting women’s rights, and on the critical need for enhancing Middle East-West relations, the next major CARAVAN exhibition is titled I AM, and it is a peacebuilding exhibition that will visually celebrate the rich, diverse and pivotal contribution that Middle Eastern women make to the enduring global quest for harmony and peace.
Thirty-one acclaimed women artists of Middle Eastern heritage will be focusing on the unique role of women in the search for a more harmonious and peaceful future. The global tour opens in Amman, Jordan on 3 May 2017 at the National Gallery of Fine Arts, before touring the UK and then throughout North America.
