Mr. Muhammad Ijaz Noori Chairman Pakistan Council for Social Welfare & Human Rights CC held meeting with Mr. Adama Dieng UN Under Secretary General and Special Advisor on the Prevention of Genocide during the 61st UN Commission on the Status of Women at New York. While talking with Mr. Muhammad Ijaz Noori the Under Secretary Mr. Adama Dieng said that terrorism & extremism is not matter of any religion or nation it is joint global challenge and to meet this challenge promotion of inter religious harmony and respect of humanity is need of hour. Mr. Adama Dieng further said that all human beings are independent by birth and to make them slave by force will be equal to bulldoze their basic right. All spiritual emphasize the equality and human values. He said that inter religious harmony is important for sustainable development & peace in the world, religious leaders, politicians and social society can play their important role for the sustainable development, peace, human development and promotion of inter religious & inter cultural harmony. Mr. Muhammad Ijaz briefed the Under Secretary Mr. Adama Dieng about the PCSW&HR’s initiatives about the women empowerment; human rights and promotion of inter religious harmony etc and also presented the report of PCSW&HR project to UN Under Secretary General.
