Bridge Builders, a URI Cooperation Circle in Buenos Aires, Argentina, practices Appreciative Inquiry interviews.
Appreciative Inquiry is a philosophy for change that was created by Professor David Cooperrider and his associates at Case Western Reserve University. Since 1996, URI has used Appreciative Inquiry interviews at its gatherings to help create the relationships that are at the heart of URI’s growth and appeal.
