On Sunday, November 20, "Dialogue & Alliance" CC organized its monthly interfaith meeting on the theme: "Youth and Spiritual Awakening", on the occasion of World Children's Day.
We received requests for participation by Zoom from 22 countries (Algeria, Austria, Benin, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, France, Germany, Ghana, Haiti, Indonesia, Kosovo, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Mali, Mauritius, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Senegal, Switzerland).
A particularity this Sunday was that several people gathered in cities where face-to-face meetings were also organized (notably Geneva, Lille, Lyon, and Orsay).

The moderator was Mrs. Soraya AYOUCH, member of the sponsoring committee of "Dialogue & Alliance".
The first reading, Buddhist, Anapanasati Sutta, Majjhima Nikâya, 118, was commented by Mr. Daovy GANSERLAT PATHOUMALUANGSY, president of the Lao Buddhist Association of Northern France.
The second reading, neo-Christian, "The commitment of Confirmation", was read and commented by Mr. Jean-Luc MARTIN-LAGARDETTE, journalist and founder of the association Spiritual Diversity.
We listened, as a short musical break, to the song " Devenir quelqu'un ", interpreted by the duo, Les Frangines.
Then, the third reading, taken from the Koran, Sura 46.15 was commented by Dr. Tarik ABOU NOUR, imam, Hâfiz, Khatîb, theologian and author of " L'éducation des enfants entre l'islam & le contexte actuel ".
The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session moderated by Mr. Laurent LADOUCE, researcher at the Federation for Universal Peace, and some closing words by Mr. Jean-François MOULINET, coordinator of the circle "Dialogue & Alliance".
