The URI Southern Africa Assembly, held in Johannesburg from November 7th to 10th, 2023, brought together diverse Cooperation Circles spanning Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.
The vibrant opening ceremony, where participants recited the PPPs, set the tone for spirited discussions on various CC programs, optimal global network engagement, and exploring the three URI focus areas. Notably, Nyasha Mukaratirwa led a workshop on Resource Mobilization, addressing a key concern raised by the circles. Reverend Dennis Milanzi from Zambia shared successful fundraising methods, adding valuable insights.
