Faith Hope Love Communities (FHLC) has members who represent African Religion, Buddhism, Christianity, Interfaith/Inter-Spiritual, Islam, and the Khoisan Tradition and Religion. The Founder and Director had a vision that together we can do more to help people to discover themselves, and he approached various people who are now members. They have created the Inner Peace Schools Program – Two Primary Schools, Wellness Program, which is educating members to eat healthy and to exercise, an Inner Peace School Holiday Program, Interfaith/Inter-Spiritual Dialogue, Hamper Club, which is helping our members to budget, Recycling Program, which is a form of fundraising, Savings Club, which is helping our members to save, and the Bread Tags for Wheelchairs, which is helping people in the community to get wheelchairs. They also organize 10 Peace Walks per year (always the last Saturday of the month), the annual Interfaith/Inter-Spiritual Pilgrimage, and the Feeding the Nation Program, which aims to feed 4000-5000 people in 2019.
FHLC´s members believe that people of faith are doing a lot of good work without being aware of what others like them are doing. They have experienced that, if there is a will to share with each other, people are often pleasantly surprised by how similar they are in their approaches to help the community and bring about Peace and Harmony.
