Global Village Development Initiative (GLOVID) is a Community Based Organization (CBO) in the Republic of Nigeria. GLOVID works on key thematic issues of: justice and human rights, humanitarian and relief services, etc. The CBO also conducts period seminars, workshops and conferences as well as visits to victims of conflicts in Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps. Members believe that working together on issues of interest will produce better and sustained results in the overall interest of humanity. They have been promoting freedom of expression as a way of tolerating divergent views and promoting diversity.
