Global Vision was registered in 2006 by a group of like-minded people to cater community development services in Santhal Pargana region of Jharkhand state. In the initial stage the organization started its work by forming Self Help Groups and strengthening them. It started its activities in Jamtara and Pakur districts. Then it established collaboration with Government and Non Government Organizations to get more support towards catering more development activities in the community. In 2017, collaboration established with Jharkhand Biodiversity Board, Ranchi with a project that is being implemented on Biodiversity Management Committee Formation and capacity building and preparation of People’s Biodiversity. In 2019 Global Vision got an opportunity to work with Islamic Relief Worldwide on improving life-standard of Marginalized Communities through facilitating Sustainable Development Goals in Jamtara District
