JUHUDI is a National NGO in Kenya existing to promote good governance and human rights, promote peace and reconciliation.

JUHUDI is a Swahili word meaning effort as well as an acronym for JUstice HUmanity and DIgnity. Hence, JUHUDI Community Support Center is a National Non-Governmental Organisation in Kenya. It was formed in January 2010 and officially registered by the Government of Kenya under section 10 of the Non-Governmental Organizations’ Coordination Act in March 2011 as well as registered as a Public Benefit Organisation. JUHUDI is a civil society organization whose operations are focused to the challenges facing several vulnerable groups, with special attention given to those communities living in arid and semi-arid areas towards empowering local communities through sustainable peace development, while factoring in the economic elements in collaborations with partners.
