Joined URI Network
This Cooperation Circle (CC) has been working to strengthen interfaith cooperation by worshiping God through prayer and rituals, and by discussions about the concept of URI at community worshiping places—such as mosques, churches, and Sikh temples. This CC is a major constituent of the Manipur Peace Committee, which was formed during the June 2001 uprising and has the same goal as that of URI. Members have made a timely appeal to government officials, including India's Prime Minister, for restoring peace and communal harmony among Hindus and Muslims.
