Punjabi helpline Delhi is a non-political, social, secular organization, looking after the promotion and development of Punjabi language and culture. It promotes social, educational, secular and cultural activities through peaceful means. It coordinates with the government and co-operates with other organizations to promote language and culture. It will endeavor to secure a better position for Punjabi language and culture and respect for diversity in Delhi.
