Swapna Bastabe means “Dream in Reality” Members witness that there are high chances of communal riots paving the disruption of peace and harmony in their area. They are convinced that interfaith bridge-building is needed. Through Swapna Bastobe, they are strengthening human relationships. They intend to create better understanding and a better society by promoting interfaith cooperation and dialogue. Together, they work for women’s empowerment, engaging women to address domestic violence and further helping them in legal cases. Members use Lok Adalat, a system of alternative dispute resolution developed in India vides Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. It roughly means "People's Court." India has had a long history of resolving disputes through the mediation of village elders. Through Lok Adalat, Swapna Bastabe is successfully solving a lot of domestic issues. This organization also provides intergenerational training and arranges camps to raise youth awareness against drugs, terrorism, and all kinds of social problems that they could fall into. It is a fairly new organization, but they have run an IT hub for the past year that has generated a few technical hands. They are running skill-building training for all and creating scopes so that the youths can be self-sufficient and self-reliant. In this way, they channel youth power for the good of the society.
