I have participated in this youth exchange powered by the Erasmus + program to represent my country Jordan with other countries; Tunisia, Spain and Latvia the hosting country. In this exchange we experienced so many outdoor activities from each country that improves the team work and sharing skills, also we have been able to arrange and organize activities for all the participants and gather their feedback and try to improves it in the other days, and at the end of the exchange we were able to organize a huge event for the local children full of challenging activities. At the end of this event each country shared a traditional/ famous dance and taught it to others and we danced it together.
I learnt a lot from this exchange about team leadership and organizing events also improved my competencies in different ways.
