Every year on September 21st, URI members around the world join fellow peacebuilders in celebrating the United Nations International Day of Peace (IDP), a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples. URI celebrations take many forms; from city-wide marches to heartfelt discussions, from interfaith picnics to multi-cultural music concerts, members join in recognition of a shared hope for peace on earth.
