Pakigdait Inc. Cooperation Circles has over the years, implemented programs and initiatives that aim to promote peace and coexistence.
September 19 - Local women mediators have achieved another milestone by peacefully resolving a conflict between women in Camp Bilal.
The settlement was facilitated by the Local Bae Mediators, a women's group organized by Pakigdait with support from the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue.
This group aims to contribute to building peaceful communities through conflict resolution and transformation. During the process, the Local Bae Mediators recognized that conflicts between women has the potential for escalation, unless resolved.
Women resolving conflicts and disputes between women is vital in restoring relationships, and fostering understanding and connection within the community.
The women mediators stressed the importance of unity, and its values in sustaining harmonious relationships.
The conflict was mutually resolved and, agreed upon by both parties. An agreement was formalized in writing, signifying the end of their dispute and the restoration of their relationship.
Pakigdait would like to extend our gratitude to MP Abdullah "Bravo" G. Macapaar for his invaluable support in this endeavour, and for highly recognizing women's vital role in building peaceful communities. #pakigdaitway
