Hope without reality is mere illusion, but reality without any hope is a dark place.  Being at the United Nations, I felt like it was the place between reality and hope.

As a first generation and low income college student, Gabrielle Henry shares how the trip she took to the UN opened her eyes to opportunities she didn't know existed -- and why she believes opportunities like this are vital for ensuring the diversity of the interfaith movement.

"Although working at the UN has always been a dream of mine, this trip showed me the real importance of grassroots movements and programs like Camp Anytown. Even though it is very difficult work some days, these programs are extremely vital."

After visiting the United Nations, Caitlin Ferrell feels a renewed sense of confidence in and validation of her grassroots work.

The Right Rev. William Swing spoke about his journey founding a grassroots initiative that is actively working for peace every day in over 100 countries.

URI Women Wing Pakistan organized a program of WIHW with the title of Joining Global Community WIN URI in Prayer on 7th February,2019 at Lahore, Pakistan. Twenty five participants from different URI Cooperation Circles attended this WIHW program. 

Our target this year is to mobilise sixty (60) new students, and the main goal is to reach out to 400 by 2022.
