Think Round, Inc took children on a field trip to Hunters Point Shipyard, a polluted area in an underprivileged San Francisco community, where they learned about environmental cleanup of air, water and soil.

Progressive Sheba Kendra - PSK (Jamalpur, Bangladesh)

Progressive Sheba Kendra envisions a sustainable, empowered, and pluralistic Bangladesh where human rights are protected, poor lives in dignity, peace, and hope, where everyone has access to health care, education, and all necessary public services.

Our group was founded in 2013 in Dhaka by university teachers and other social workers. We provide secular education and promote peace in our society. We are working for humanity and serving underprivileged people.

Our group works for humanity and empowerment of women of our country. We think the members from other countries of URI are also doing the same work, so we can stand in solidarity and learn from each other, which also can be linked to URI’s global network, and it will increase the visibility and will bring its impact to our local area.
