Meet URI's new Executive Director, Karen Volker - As I step into my new role as URI’s first woman Executive Director, I want to acknowledge and highlight that I have joined a movement filled with remarkable individuals and organizations that harness collective strength to create meaningful impact—from local communities to the global stage.
Between August and September 2021, the URI AL&C Online Youth Training organized by the URI Global Program for the participation of youth was developed with the intervention of 15 young people from the CCs: Aflaiai, Constructores de Puentes, Teusaquillo, Mukua, Quinaroes , COEMATI, The Descendants of Guatemaya, Samay, ACRE from the countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama and Venezuela.

Wildlife and Natural Resources Conservation and Rehabilitation Trust (WNRCRT), a United Religious Initiatives Cooperation Circle planted 6000 local tree seedlings along the Lilongwe-Lingadzi River catchment in Lilongwe City as one way of restoring the ecosystem and mitigating the impacts of climate change under the Greening Lilongwe City Campaign.
Nepal Unites Cooperation Circle convened and brought together religious leaders from the Hindu, Buddhist, and Islamic faiths in Nepalgunj, Banke Lumbini Province to interact, share, and learn more about religious tolerance for peace and harmony.
