URI East India Zone held a global peace event to celebrate human rights and URI's 16th anniversary. 

PCSW&HR observed the International Day of Peace on 21st September 2016 and organized the Interfaith Peace Conference at the head office of PCSW&HR in Sialkot.

Our hearts go out to all those devastated by the attacks in Kabul, Afghanistan. With our prayers, we offer a chance at a little more understanding of those affected.

Peace is based on connections between people, communities, and how issues play out at global, national, and local levels. As an international network of civil society activists, URI is always looking to strengthen these connections for sustainable peace.

World Environment Day (WED) is observed every year on June 5th to raise global awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and Earth, mandated by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP).

URI Korea attended the 66th Annual UNDPI/NGO Conference, bringing together civil society leaders and UN actors to mobilize global communities for change.

Despite what the newspapers might say, people on the ground everywhere are constantly working for peace, and interfaith efforts in places like Pakistan are particularly special.
