Last Sunday, Bishop William Swing, Founding Trustee and President Emeritus, delivered a sermon at Grace Cathedral, in San Francisco.

Between August and September 2021, the URI AL&C Online Youth Training organized by the URI Global Program for the participation of youth was developed with the intervention of 15 young people from the CCs: Aflaiai, Constructores de Puentes, Teusaquillo, Mukua, Quinaroes , COEMATI, The Descendants of Guatemaya, Samay, ACRE from the countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama and Venezuela.
Despina Namwembe, the Women’s Initiative Coordinator for Africa, travelled to Kenya as part of URI’s Women’s Initiative, a pilot program launched in March this year.
During the first week of July, URI Korea CC invited youth from all over the world to participate in an interreligious-intercultural youth camp in Seoul, South Korea.
This month, URI welcomes CCs from Togo and Djibouti - two African countries that are new to the URI community - thus bringing the number of countries in which URI operates to 86.
Three members of the URI Cooperation Circle Euro-Asia travelled to Novosibirsk, Russia, to participate in a regional conference to honor the UN’s International Family Day.
